You have recently reviewed how job descriptions should be included in you daily management of the business but how does that fit inside your business? Now we figure out how the jobs fit inside the organization and how the responsibilities flow to the owner and/or manager. It is critical to the success of your business to have the ability to give information across the business and receive constructive responses from the day to day operations.

This month’s topic is Organizational Structure and how to fit each job into the overall operations of the business.

This workshop will be taught by Bruce Hayes, Certified Growth Wheel Educator and Senior Business Specialist, TN mall Business Development Center.
