Jane “Mippy” King Robitzsch, 75, of Pittman Center, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015. She was a Christian woman of Baptist faith. Mippy retired from Jean and Hall’s Florist in Macon, Georgia. She enjoyed fishing, shopping, music, volunteering, cooking, and caring for animals. Mippy was preceded in death by her father, Bibb County Coroner, A.R. King, Jr.; mother, Jane Dunwody King; and son, Stephen Rawson Walker. She is survived by her husband, John Franklin Robitzsch; daughters, Beth ( John) Jackson of Macon, GA, Amy (Rick) Yancey of Pittman Center, TN, and Rena Slaton of Macon, GA; son, Chris (Julie) Robitzsch of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, John and Sarah Jackson of Macon, GA, Mason Yancey of Macon, GA, Jason Yancey of Pittman Center, TN, Jesse (Katie) Thompson of Macon, GA, Chad Roberson of Macon, GA, Christian Robitzsch of Columbia, SC, Ashleigh Bratcher of Columbia, SC, and Elaine Slaton of Macon, GA; brothers, Felix (Gail) King of Macon, GA, Michael King of Forsyth, GA, A.R. (Jimmie) King III of Sautee, GA; numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Sevier County Humane Society, 959 Gnatty Branch Rd., Sevierville, TN 37876.
