The wait is nearly over. Tennessee kicks off the 2015 season against Bowling Green on Saturday at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.
The game will feature a live SEC Network broadcast with Tom Hart as the play-by-play announcer, Andre Ware providing analysis and Laura Rutledge reporting from the sidelines. Fans can also listen live on their local Vol Network affiliate with Bob Kesling, Tim Priest and Brent Hubbs in the booth and John Brice on the sidelines. Satellite radio listeners can also tune in to Sirius Channel 119 or XM Channel 192.

UT is 5-0 all-time vs. current MAC schools, last beating Akron, 47-26 on 9/22/2012 at Neyland. Butch Jones is 23-4 all-time vs. MAC schools (20-3 at CMU).
The Vols are playing at Nissan Stadium (LP Field/Adelphia Coliseum/The Coliseum) for the fifth time in history. Most recently, they lost the 2010 Music City Bowl to North Carolina, 30-27 in 2 OTs on Dec. 30, 2010. UT opened 2002 with a 47-7 win over Wyoming in Nashville. They also beat Vanderbilt at the facility in 2000 and 2002.
Tennessee is 88-24-6 (.771) all-time in 118 season openers. UT has won six season openers in a row and 18 of the last 20. The Vols have won 20 consecutive season openers played in Tennessee, dating to 1986.
Tennessee is 40-20-4 all-time in the capital city. That mark consists primarily of a 37-18-4 against Nashville-resident and SEC rival Vanderbilt.
